Customer Success Manager - São Paulo
Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco, Portugal and Tel Aviv. Currently operating out of NYC and Tel Aviv, Vicarius is set to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities.
The Vicarius powered platform, vRx, is a simple and self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.
After successfully closing our Series B funding round, we’re looking for a highly motivated Relationship Manager in Sao Paulo with at least 1 years of experience in relationship management or a client-facing role. The ideal candidate excels in building and maintaining strong client relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will involve making sure existing customers are happy and subsequently taking their happiness to the maximum level! You will be the face of the company to the customer and the customer’s representative to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develops trusted relationships with client key executive stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Collect customer feedback and serve as the advocate of all our customers to ensure we're always representing the Voice of the Customer internally.
- Manage renewals and assist customers with any requests related to licensing changes, renewal maintenance, and invoicing.
- Proactive in supporting activities that foster value-driven utilization of the vRx solution.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in relationship management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Basic technical knowledge on networking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong track record of building positive client relationships and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with financial workflows and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
Required Knowledge:
- Knowledge of SaaS-based security product.
- Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes.

- A successful candidate will have a desire to work as part of a small, growing team.
- Ability to study new technologies fast and think outside of the box.
