About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller to join our finance team. You’ll report directly to our Director of Finance and play a key role in managing financial operations in a high-growth, international tech environment.

What You'll Do:

Full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closings
Process payroll and manage related reporting to government authorities
Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record accuracy
Manage accounts payable (AP), payments, and vendor relationships
Issue invoices and manage collections for accounts receivable (AR)
Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of high-level bookkeeping experience (Type 3) – Must
Experience working in a global high-tech company with multi-currency accounting – Must
Hands-on experience with NetSuite - Must
High level of proficiency in English - Must
Certified payroll accountant - Advantage
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
